Defective or damaged goods may be returned or exchanged. Warranties on defective or damaged goods are provided by the manufacturer and does not include shop applicable labor fees. Other goods may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date with,

      • Original receipt
      • Original packaging
      • Un-used


We specialise in matching a rider with a bike that fits the purpose of that rider, therefore all bicycle sales are final. No return or exchange on bicycles.

The purchase of a bicycle from San Diego Bike Shop includes a Lifetime minor adjustment warranty. Minor adjustments may includes safety check, brake, shifter adjustments or tire inflation, however it does not include wear/tear, damages, flat repairs or recommended annual tune up.


Special Orders

We require a 25% down payment on special orders.

      • Special orders may not be cancelled, unless defective or damaged
      • No refund on special orders
      • Items must be picked up within 15 days.
